OBJECT
These general conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between ORIIS and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the buyer) for any purchase made on the site www.bioimpact.shop.
The act of purchase on the site www.bioimpact.shop implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale will prevail over all other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by ORIIS.
ORIIS reserves the right to be able to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the customer.
PRODUCTS
The products for sale on the site are subject to the limit of available stocks.
The buyer must be aware of all the technical characteristics of the product before purchasing.
The presentation of products on the site is not contractual. The photographs cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product sold although they are as faithful as possible.
PRICES
The prices appearing on the site www.bioimpact.shop are in euros including all taxes (all taxes included) the VAT is 20% excluding the costs of preparation, packaging and delivery.
Outside mainland France, the buyer is the importer of the product (s).
For overseas departments and territories and outside the European Union, the prices are in euros HT (excluding taxes). There may be added customs duties, local taxes or import duties. These charges will be the buyer's responsibility and are the responsibility of the buyer.
The amount of shipping costs is indicated on the site at the end of the order, before its validation. The price invoiced to the customer is the price specified on the order confirmation including the price of the products excluding tax and including tax to which is added the price of transport.
ORIIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, knowing that the price applied to the buyer will be that at the time of purchase.
ORDERED
The buyer must be of the legal age of majority.
The buyer must complete the order by filling in the necessary information accurately and honestly. In the event of an entry error, ORIIS cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional costs.

The validation and payment of the order constitutes the conclusion of the distance selling contract between ORIIS and the buyer and constitutes acceptance of these general conditions of sale, it will serve as proof of the transaction and will be worth signature.
AVAILABLITY
Inventory management through the Shopify interface does not allow you to order products that are out of stock, unless there is an error or simultaneous orders, and that outside of pre-order campaigns.
The products sold on the site www.bioimpact.shop are understood within the limits of available stocks.
ORIIS cannot be held liable in the event of unavailability of the products.
If it turns out exceptionally that the products are not available during an order, the buyer will be contacted by email as soon as possible and the choice will be left to him to be reimbursed or to wait for a next delivery.
PAYMENT
Payment is made by credit card through Strype, Apple pay or Paypal.
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the order.
If the customer has a Paypal account, he can connect to it and make the payment directly.
The debit on the customer's Paypal account will be made in euros when the order is accepted by Paypal. Upon acceptance of payment, the product will be shipped according to the storage facility within the timeframe indicated in the shipping policy.

GUARANTEE
ORIIS's liability is limited only to the value of the product acquired by the buyer on the date of sale. It is up to the buyer to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services he wants to acquire.
The buyer benefits from the legal guarantee of the civil code (1641 to 1649) and of the consumer (L. 217-4 and following) on all our products. This warranty does not take into account normal wear, misuse or lack of maintenance.
The buyer must follow the instructions for use and use the products as indicated on the instructions.

ORIIS will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code.
The computerized registers of ORIIS will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
DISPUTES
These conditions of online sale are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the purchaser may refer the matter to the competent court, which is that of Evry, that is to say the jurisdiction of the place where he lived at the time of the conclusion of the contract or of the occurrence of the harmful event.

The customer has the right to use a mediation service free of charge when a dispute has not been resolved within the framework of a prior complaint directly lodged with ORIIS customer service in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code. .
RETURNS AND RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL
ORIIS undertakes to reimburse the buyer who has exercised his right of withdrawal (at most 30 days after the date of purchase) as soon as possible and at the latest within fifteen (15) days following the exercise of the right to withdrawal.
Our policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your item, it must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
Proof of purchase in our shop:www.bioimpact.shop is essential.
A partial refund may be made when the product is not returned in its original condition.
REFUNDS
If your refund request is accepted, an email will be sent to you and a credit to your payment method will be applied within a maximum period of 15 days.
If the refund does not reach you within this period (15 days) once the decision has been notified by email, you must:
